Angie O

Community Relations Director

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Angie fell in love with working with the elderly. She has over 10 years experience in Skilled Nursing. She began in resource development, moved to communications, but Angie found her niche in Community Relations and Marketing. She is compassionate and hard working. She will always put someone else’s needs above her own. She is a great asset to our outstanding team!

Bryce Lindsey


Bryce is grateful and thrilled to be serving alongside all of Kei-Ai South Bay’s employees. Exceptional customer service, compliance, and resident satisfaction are his top priorities. Bryce studied Business Management in college and has worked in the medical industry since 2005. He has owned two small businesses in the past but feels as though he has found the occupation he was meant for. He has a beautiful wife, 7 year old son, and a 1 year old daughter. When not at the facility, you can find him with his family on the golf course, on the slopes, or at the beach.

Teresa Deperalta

Dietary Manager

Teresa has a completed a degree in Foods and Nutrition in1979. She obtained her certification as Dietetic Service Supervisor in Feb 1989. She has been employed at Kei-Ai South Bay since that time. She values her residents opinion and does her very best to accommodate different food preferences. She loves serving them and gets satisfaction from knowing they are happy with the food served. She enjoys cooking, watching Filipino TV programs, dining out, and watching movies.

Chisui Yamasaki, MSW

Social Services Director

Chisui was born and raised in a small town in Japan, and her curious mind brought her to study abroad. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and has been working in skilled nursing facilities for the last 10 years. She enjoys interacting with residents and finds interest in learning stories about their lives. She also loves to watch football games, movies and explore new places (especially places to eat!) with her family and friends on her off days.

Sandy Garrido

Business Office Manager

Sandy has been working in a skilled nursing facilities business office for twenty years. She is dedicated to her job and she enjoys helping families with their questions. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and traveling.

Alex Orozco

Maintenance Supervisor

Alex is from Los Angeles California. He began working in the healthcare field in 2006. He first started working as a maintenance worker at Kei-Ai Los Angeles. 3 years later was promoted to supervisor at Sakura ICF in Boyle Heights, and in 2012 was again promoted to work at Kei-Ai South Bay. Alex says he enjoys his job because he works alongside people that are dedicated to providing excellent quality of care, customer service, and teamwork. His hobbies include spending time with family and watching his favorite sports teams play.

Chamika Hemphill

Admissions Coordinator

Born and raised in Lynwood, Chamika found her calling in the nursing home industry at a young age due to the love she has for grandmother. She has been working in the industry for 7 years. She started out as a social service director, then admissions director. She never really cared about the job titles as long as she got to do what she loves; serving others. When Chamika is not at work you can find her riding her motorcycle.

Juliet Martinez R.N.

Director of Nursing

Juliet Has been a Registered Nurse since 1992 and been employed at Kei-Ai South Bay for over 30 years! She started working as a CNA, Charge Nurse, RN supervisor, then as the Director. She has helped better the lives of thousands of people in her career including employees, residents, and their families. She is compassionate, kind, and selfless in her service to the community. She says she has stayed at this facility for so long because of her love for the residents and her coworkers. She feels very blessed to be able to touch the lives all those who pass through Kei-Ai South Bay. She enjoys taking her two dogs to the beach, long drives, and getting massages.

Flor Ann Fernandez R.N.

MDS Coordinator

Flor Ann became nurse in 1997 and has been employed at Kei-Ai South Bay since 2007. She loves her work because she feels like she can make difference in people’s lives. She is naturally caring and a perfect fit with the other nurses on staff. She appreciates the family atmosphere that exists here and enjoys each day because she gets to work with her friends. She enjoys taking her family to theme parks and to the beach.

Joseph Edward Siblag

Medical Records Director

Joseph lives in Lakewood, CA and has been working in healthcare industry since 2011. He is a licensed nurse who got his Nursing degree at the University of Iloilo, Philippines. Working at Kei-Ai South Bay has been such an honor because he gets to work with people who are very dedicated and show their love, care and compassion to the residents. In his free time, he plays basketball and goes golfing at Heartwell or Skylinks, reads books, and enjoys long drives along the beautiful Southern California coast.

Russell Nagata

Activities Manager

Russell has 17 years experience in the banking industry. Before that he worked at an Asian language advertising agency for 5 years. During that time, he gained many years of graphic design skills, business improvement and problem solving knowledge. At Kei-Ai South Bay, he implements ways to improve the efficiency of the Activities Dept. Also, he is willing to try new ideas to make the activities more fun and exciting for the residents. Russell likes to collect Disneyland memorabilia and Japanese antiques.
